再喂养综合征一例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>再喂养综合征(refeeding syndrome)是机体经过长期饥饿或营养不良,重新摄入营养物质后出现以低磷血症为特征的电解质代谢紊乱及由此产生的一系列症状,是一种潜在的致命疾病,其临床表现缺乏特异性,故常被临床医生所忽略。本文报告1例再喂养综合征病例,通过阐述其发现、发展及治疗过程,以期提高临床医生对本病的认识。临床资料患者男性,67岁,反复腹痛、发热伴黄疸2年,
