摘要(Abstract)：
<正>患者男,56岁,80kg,因右颈内动脉狭窄拟行颈动脉内膜剥脱术。既往高血压20年,2型糖尿病10年,急性心肌梗死支架置入术后5年及肾功能不全5年。该患者一般情况可,否认咳嗽、咳痰、喘憋,否认胸痛、胸闷、心慌。平素活动量可,能量代谢当量(metabolic equivalent of energy,MET)≥4。
