摘要(Abstract)：

<正>艰难梭菌(Clostridium difficile,CD)作为医院和社区感染性腹泻,尤其是伪膜性肠炎等相关疾病的重要病原体,近年来在欧美等发达国家及地区日益受到关注。但在中国,医学领域对艰难梭菌感染(Clostridium difficile infection,CDI)的认识尚且不足。迄今为止,我国尚未有针对CDI诊断和治疗的指南、行业标准或专家共识出台。因此,中国医师协会检验医师
