原创性交互式三维动画课件在耳鼻喉科教学中的应用
Study on Exploration and Application of Interactive 3D Animation Courseware in Otolaryngology Teaching

摘要(Abstract):

【目的】 研究原创性交互式三维动画课件在耳鼻喉科教学中的应用效果。 【方法】 作者应用专业制作软件构建耳部解剖交互式三维动画课件;编制耳鼻喉科课件评分表;在教学中,由同一个老师采用两种不同形式课件讲解相同授课内容,由医学生采用专用评分表评估三维动画课件与二维课件教学效果的差异。 【结果】 成功制作原创性交互式耳部解剖三维动画课件;成功编制耳鼻喉科课件评分表。共发放评分表74份,收回74份;评分为5分制,二维课件总体得分3.52±0.97,三维课件总体得分4.45±0.70,三维课件得分明显高于二维课件,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000). 【结论】 由作者设计和原创的交互式三维动画是一种可行、有效的教学课件,在耳部解剖教学中教学效果显著优于传统二维课件,取得了很好的效果,值得进一步深入开展与完善。
Objective: To study the effect of interactive three-dimensional animation courseware in otolaryngology teaching. Methods: Making interactive three-dimensional animation courseware of ear anatomy originally by Dr. Hua Yang and Dr. Xiaofeng Jin. Composing the system for evaluation of otolaryngology teaching qualities (SEOTQ). Assessment of the teaching effect of 3D courseware with traditional 2D courseware evaluated with SEOTQ in teaching ear anatomy by medical students. Result:Interactive 3D animation courseware of ear anatomy and SEOTQ questionnaire were composed successfully. 74 questionnaires were issued and 74 questionnaires were retrieved. Total average score of 2D courseware was 3.52±0.97, and total average score of 3D courseware was 4.45±0.70,with highly significant statistical difference(P=0.000). Conclusion: Interactive 3D animation courseware is feasible and efficient for otolaryngology teaching and deserves further improvement and development.
