摘要(Abstract)：

<正>妊娠合并嗜铬细胞瘤是一种罕见的疾病,截至2010年,全世界仅报道了250余例,国内仅有10余例报道。妊娠合并嗜铬细胞瘤缺乏特异性的临床表现,容易漏诊误诊,产前漏诊或误诊的嗜铬细胞瘤患者,母婴死亡率高达50%以上[1]。即使是产前已经明确诊断的嗜铬细胞瘤,围产期的麻醉管理也存在着巨大的挑战。因此,妊娠合并嗜铬细胞瘤患者围产期麻醉管理需要引起麻醉医生的充分重视。
