血栓弹力图的临床应用

摘要(Abstract):
<正>血栓弹力图(thrombelastography,TEG)是一种用于检测全血样本凝血功能的方法,自1948年起应用于临床。由于TEG具备快速、全面反映凝血过程等优势,越来越被临床医生所认可,目前已广泛应用于肝脏移植、心脏手术以及急诊严重创伤患者的凝血功能检测,并在指导临床决策中起到重要作用。本文就TEG的工作原理、优势与缺陷以及临床应用进行综述,并对其发展前景进行展望。
