摘要(Abstract)：
<正>原发性肥大性骨关节病(primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy,PHO)是一种少见的先天性疾病,主要特征是杵状指、骨赘形成和皮肤改变,且不伴发心血管、肝、肺及内分泌等疾病。2014年1月,本院收治1例PHO合并肠蛋白丢失症、骨髓纤维化及长期缺铁性贫血患者,现报告如下。临床资料患者男,28岁,父母非近亲结婚,2014年1月因
