摘要(Abstract)：

<正>眼内切除术作为脉络膜黑色素瘤众多治疗手段中的新成员在饱受争议中逐渐被采纳、接受,并逐渐被大量研究证明是一种治疗脉络膜黑色素瘤不得不考虑甚至是首选的治疗手段。本文对脉络膜黑色素瘤眼内切除术的发展历史和国内外研究现状进行综述。应用背景和发展历史除眼球摘除术这一已被证实不能延长脉络膜黑色素瘤患者5年生存率[1]的治疗方法外,已有多种保留眼球的治疗方法被应用于临床,最常用的是放疗,包括带电粒子(质子和氦离子)[2]和放射性敷
