<正>细胞免疫功能在人体抗感染中发挥着重要作用,各种感染性疾病的转归与细胞免疫功能密切相关,尤其是与T淋巴细胞功能的关系更加密切。然而临床上缺乏体内直接检测T细胞功能的手段,主要靠体外间接方法进行评估,如检测外周血T淋巴细胞及各亚群数量和比例、增殖功能及产生细胞因子的能力,主要方法有酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linked
