周期性库欣综合征一例报告

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>库欣综合征(Cushing's syndrome,CS)又称皮质醇增多症,是以高皮质醇血症为特征表现的临床综合征,周期性库欣综合征是非常罕见的库欣综合征疾病类型,本文报道一例周期性库欣综合征,希望为临床医生遇到此类疾病时提供参考。临床资料患者,女,30岁,以"脸略变圆、体重增加4年,骨折2年"于2012年12月19日入住本院。患者2008年逐渐出现体重增加,伴脸略变圆、腰围增粗、
