摘要(Abstract)：

<正>多发性大动脉炎(Takayasu arteritis)是临床上较为常见的疾病,本文报告1例多发性大动脉炎患者病程中出现了左大脑半球梗塞、主动脉弓内血栓、低血压休克等少见及罕见的并发症,并结合文献讨论多发性大动脉炎各种并发症出现的可能原因,以加深临床医生对多发性大动脉炎的认识,并提出诊治建议。临床资料患者男性,16岁,因"发热8个月,失语、右侧肢体无力20d"入住北京协和医院。入院前8个月患者无明显诱因出现间断低热,
