腹腔镜术中遗失缝针的寻找方法及预防策略

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>随着腹腔镜手术技术的日臻成熟和复杂,镜下缝合机会增加。Greenberg等[1]基于自报材料的研究结果显示,手术残留异物的发生率为1/9000～1/19 000;由于多数医生和医院出于保险理赔或法律纠纷考虑拒绝公开此类失误,其实际发生率可能更高。腹腔镜术中缝针遗失是一个非常棘手的问题,会显著增加术者与患者家属的焦虑。其短期并发症包括麻醉时间延长
