摘要(Abstract):
<正>胶质细胞瘤是中枢神经系统发病率第一位的原发性肿瘤,其中世界卫生组织(World Health Organi-zation,WHO)分级Ⅲ、Ⅳ级被称为恶性胶质瘤,恶性胶质瘤的发病率约为5~8/10万,约占所有胶质细胞瘤的50%[1]。在替莫唑胺等新型化疗药和其他靶向药物出现之前,即使是最积极的手术、放化疗
