板书教学的魅力

摘要(Abstract):

临床教学中,床旁教学及以问题为导向的学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)对医学生及住院医师的临床技能和临床思维的训练是至关重要的。板书教学对于基础设备的要求低,便于随时随地开展。合理有效地利用板书进行病房内的教学还能调动学生积极性、增加教学时间、提高教学效率、展现教师的临床功底及个人魅力,从而提升整体教学质量。开展板书教学需要对教师进行专门的培训、对基础设施进行完善、创造便利的教学环境、对教学活动进行评价、反馈及激励。本文通过我院普内科病房板书教学的实例为临床开展板书教学提供一定经验。
Bedside teaching and Problem-based Learning (PBL) play an important role for the training of medical students and residents in their acquisition of clinical skills and clinical reasoning process. Using blackboard to teach in the wards can promote students learning responses, increase teaching time, enhance teaching efficiency, present the teaching art and personalities of teachers and thus improve the total teaching performance. Another important advantage for blackboard teaching is the low requirement for hardware, which make it possible to do the teaching at multiple occasions with a more flexible time schedule. Implementing blackboard teaching requires a series of preparation, including the special training for teachers, hardware and teaching environment improvement in the wards, systemic evaluation and feedback for teaching activities and reasonable payback for the time and energy devoted to the teaching. Experience about the blackboard teaching activities in the department of General Internal Medicine can be taken to promote this highly effective teaching method in other departments in PUMC Hospital.
