<正>近年来随着全基因组关联研究(Genome Wide Asso-ciation Study,GWAS)的深入,人们对染色体9p21基因区段的认识大为增加[1-3]。尽管该区段最早在2007年被发现与冠状动脉性心脏病(coronary heart disease,CHD)发病密切相关[1,3],但此后的研究发现9p21区段不仅与2型糖尿病、心肌梗死密切相关,
