摘要(Abstract)：
<正>随着疾病谱的改变、医疗技术的发展进步以及生活水平的不断提高,人们对医疗服务的需求日益增加。医院作为最重要的医疗服务提供者,正面临着巨大机遇和挑战。如何适应新形势的发展,提高医疗服务的质量与效率,实现医疗资源的效益最大化,成为医院管理的重点和难点,同时对医院管理者也提出了更高的要求。本研究采用文献计量学中的共词聚类分析法,对医院管理领域相关文献中的主题词进行检
