摘要(Abstract)：

<正>在欧美国家,前列腺癌居男性恶性肿瘤发病率之首;在我国,前列腺癌的发病率呈逐年上升趋势[1-2]。在泌尿外科三大常见肿瘤中,前列腺癌的临床诊治最为复杂,早期诊断是取得较好疗效的前提。前列腺癌诊断方法多,但可靠性差;治疗过程漫长,随访要求高;国内各地区治疗水平差距较大,部分医生对前列腺癌缺乏正确的认识,导致许多患者无法得到标准治疗。为规范前列腺癌的临床诊治,本
