摘要(Abstract)：
<正>合理用血一直以来都是临床关注的话题,但在很长一段时间内,合理用血的观念仅局限于围术期患者。随着研究的深入,危重症患者的合理用血逐步得到关注[1-2],但目前仍存在一些不合理用血情况,如何更合理地评估成为制约进一步实施合理用血的瓶颈。本文旨在讨论临床上影响危重症患者合理用血的影响因素,以为制定更合理的用血评估体系提供依据。指南的影响1999年发表的TRICC研究[3]是危重症患者合理
