高强度聚焦超声治疗恶性肿瘤的免疫作用

摘要(Abstract)：
恶性肿瘤严重危害人类健康，目前在治疗方面尚无质的突破。高强度聚焦超声是一种无创的治疗肿瘤的新方法。人们在运用高强度聚焦超声治疗恶性肿瘤的过程中发现，免疫机制可能起到抗肿瘤的重要作用。本文对于目前高强度聚焦超声治疗恶性肿瘤的临床及基础研究结果进行综述，从T淋巴细胞、树突状细胞及细胞因子方面的研究说明高强度聚焦超声在治疗恶性肿瘤方面的免疫作用。
Malignancies are life-threatened diseases. There is no breakthrough in treating malignancies currently. High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is a non-invasive treatment for malignancies. During the research of treating malignancies with HIFU, people noticed that the induced host immunity by HIFU may be very important in anti-tumor effect. So we review the researches on immune effect of HIFU treating malignancies.
