摘要(Abstract)：

<正>痉挛性斜颈(cervical dystonia)是临床上最常见的局灶型肌张力障碍,以颈部肌肉不自主收缩导致头颈部运动和姿势异常为特征[1]。特发性斜颈(idio-pathic cervical dystonia)病因尚不明确,多成年起病,慢性病程,女性多于男性。本文就特发性痉挛性斜颈的流行病学、临床特征、发病机制、治疗方法及其相关研究进展进行综述。
