<正>众所周知,胰腺癌是恶性程度最高,预后最差的肿瘤之一,位居美国肿瘤死亡原因第4位[1]。胰腺癌早期诊断困难,80%的患者首诊时已有扩散及转移,传统的放化疗对胰腺癌患者治疗效果不好,手术是现今唯一有效的治疗方式;即使患者可以手
