妊娠合并嗜铬细胞瘤麻醉管理一例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>妊娠期嗜铬细胞瘤是一种罕见疾病,该病缺乏特异性临床表现,容易漏诊误诊,产前漏诊或误诊的嗜铬细胞瘤患者,母婴死亡率高达50%以上[1];即使产前明确诊断,其围产期管理也存在巨大挑战。本文报告一例妊娠合并嗜铬细胞瘤患者同期行剖宫产和嗜铬细胞瘤切除术的麻醉管理。临床资料
