摘要(Abstract):
<正>全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)适用于膝关节炎和退行性病变患者,能够恢复患者的关节运动功能并提高其生活质量,TKA为患者带来的远期好处是不言而喻的[1];但TKA也会引起术后早期剧烈疼痛,为此完善术后镇痛至关重要。TKA常用的术后镇痛方法包括患者自控静脉镇痛、患者自控硬膜外镇痛以及连续外周神经阻滞镇痛技术,如连续股神
