RhoA/Rho激酶信号通路在慢性疼痛中的作用

摘要(Abstract):
<正>RhoA是一种小分子G蛋白,RhoA的主要效应底物Rho激酶(Rho-associated coiled-coil-forming kinases,ROCK)是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶,主要在细胞迁移、分化和生存等方面起重要作用[1]。RhoA/ROCK的异常激活可在很多疾病中被观察到,如中枢神经系统疾病、心血管疾病、肿瘤等。目前大量研究表明,RhoA/ROCK通过其介导的细胞信号传导系统在慢性疼痛中也发挥着重要作用。本文通过阐述RhoA/ROCK信号通路在慢性疼痛中的作用机制,为临床治疗疼痛提供新的思路和策略。
