摘要(Abstract):
目的评价双波长595nm和1064nm激光器治疗难治性鲜红斑痣的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析北京协和医院皮肤科激光中心2009年1月至2011年12月间采用双波长595nm和1064nm激光器治疗16例对传统脉冲染料激光治疗抵抗的难治性鲜红斑痣患者的资料,评价其疗效和安全性。结果 16例患者中2例痊愈,6例显效,6例有效,2例无效。3例患者出现水疱,2例出现瘢痕,无其他不良反应发生。结论双波长595nm和1064nm激光器对难治性鲜红斑痣疗效显著,不良反应较少。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of dual-wavelength laser in treating the resistant port-wine stains (PWS).Methods Sixteen patients with single wavelength pulsed dye laser (PDL)-resistant PWS were subsequently treated with a dual-wavelength laser (595 nm and 1064 nm combination) in our department from January 2009 to December 2011.Their outcomes were recorded and retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 16 patients,2 were cured,6 markedly effective,6 effective,and 2 ineffective.Vesicu-lation and scarring were seen in 3 and 2 patients,respectively,whereas no other adverse effects were reported.Conclusion The novel dual-wavelength (595 nm and 1064 nm) laser is an effective and safe device for PWS that is resistant to PDL therapy alone.
