三明治教学法及其外科解剖教案示例
The potential value of the Sandwich method in surgical teaching

摘要(Abstract):

目的:介绍三明治(Sandwich)教学法的流程、特点,并简析其在外科教学中的应用。 方法:以2013年第三届全国高等医学院校教师教学方法培训班培训内容为例,分别以小组案例分析讨论的形式介绍Sandwich教学法,以探讨我国医学教育特点及体表解剖教学为例介绍Sandwich教学法。 结果:Sandwich教学法在短时间内让来自全国的参与此次教学培训的老师们迅速了解、掌握了我国目前医学教育的特点及相应对策;基于Sandwich教学法所撰写的体表解剖学教案有望在较短时间内较为高效地让处于基础医学院的临床前学生学习体表解剖学知识。 结论:Sandwich教学法的优势在于可增强学生的主动学习积极性及责任感,在较短时间内以较高的效率掌握大量知识,迅速分享大量同行观点,并可提高交流沟通的能力。根据讲授的内容和特点选择Sandwich及其它多种新颖的教学方法并加以整合,有望提高外科教学效果。
Objective: To introduce the basic procedure and characteristic of the Sandwich teaching method and its potential use in surgical teaching. Methods: The Sandwich teaching method was introduced by two examples including the analysis of characteristics of medical education in China, and the teaching of surface anatomy. Results: The medical teachers from different institutions in China learned about the characteristics, problem and its possible solutions of current situation of medical education in China with Sandwich teaching method. Also, this particular teaching method would possibly make it easier for the preclinical medical students to learn surface anatomy. Conclusion: The advantage of Sandwich teaching method could stimulate the inspiration and responsibility of students towards learning, with considerable efficiency in learning knowledge, sharing viewpoints, and communication. The appropriate choice and integration of Sandwich method into surgical teaching would hopefully improve the teaching results and produce positive outcomes.
